So here is my first day and first weigh in.
Weight : 90kgs
height : 5''4
Diet as provied by Dave Hargreaves
Kimmy's Meal Plan:
Breakfast:
1 cup (40g) Special K
1 glass (200ml) physical no fat milk
or
1 x slice Quinao & Flaxseed bread
1 x egg
Snack:
1 x plain no fat unflavoured yogurt
15g oats
Lunch:
2 x slice Quinao & Flaxseed bread
2 x slice (100g) lean ham or other lean non-processed meat
whatever salads as much as you want but no dressing
no butter!!!!!!
1 x tablespoon avocado if you like.
Or
¼ chicken, no skin or stuffing
no chips!
Whatever salads as much as you want but no dressing.
Snack:
185g Tuna in spring water
Dinner:
Grilled steak up to 250g
or Grilled chicken breast up to 170g
and grilled chips (1 small potato, chop up, boil in microwave for 4 minutes, then under the grill)
or ¼ cup mashed potato
and salad
or steamed vegies as much as you like.
Fruit: 1 x medium size apple any time.
1 x medium size pear any time.
Extra snacks: vegies for example carrots, celery
anything that's all protein such as more tuna etc.
Drinks: Water!
Total calories on this plan depending on choices: 1200 – 1300
